Getting There Step by Step
Step 01
Book Your Flight / Ferry
Fly into Naha Airport (OKA). Book early — August is peak Okinawa season. We recommend arriving Aug 13 to settle in before the festival begins.
Step 02
Shuttle from Airport
Show your festival pass QR code at the Radiantcedardream Shuttle desk in Terminal 1/2. Buses depart every 30 minutes from Aug 13 onwards.
Step 03
Check In at Festival Gate
Scan your NFT pass, collect your holographic wristband, and receive your festival guide. Glamping check-in is at a separate desk — allow 20 mins.
Step 04
Set Up Camp & Explore
Find your spot, set up your tent, and spend the first afternoon exploring the grounds before the music begins at 16:00.
Step 05
Experience the Festival
4 nights of music, art, food, and community. The final fireworks close the festival at 02:00 on Aug 18. Return shuttles run until 04:30.
